Group Packages

Both group packages are based on 5 members enrolled in the same package for a 10 week training session. You get individual attention, gain workout buddies, stay motivated, addresses safety concerns, new works, stay focused on reaching your goals, track progress, and the ability to tap the trainer’s fitness knowledge

Small Group Packages

Group Training - Singe 1 Hour Sessions. Initial first session is 1.5 hours and includes Fitness Consultation (medical, injury, prior fitness history, goal planning and expectations). Required when clients are meeting their trainer for the first time. (Members: $97 - Non-Members: $120)
6 - 1 Hour Sessions
12 - 1 Hour Sessions

Fitness Assessments

1 Hour-Scheduled Individually This is a great time to have your trainer one-on-one. Clients need a fitness assessment prior to starting and periodically thereafter. This helps clients and trainers measure progress, stay on track and make changes if needed.
